Returns and Complaints

The buyer has the right to return and replacement of appropriate quality and defective goods.

Return of goods is possible within 14 days from the moment of receiving the package.

The possibility of returning or exchanging goods of appropriate quality applies if:

  • the product has not been used and does not show signs of consumer use: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.
  • the goods are fully complete, and the original packaging, labels, and factory markings are preserved.

The cost of returning is paid by the customer.

After receiving the return, the money will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.

If there was a discount applied to your order based on quantity or value of the items, in the case of a partial return, the refund amount may be reduced by the value of such discount.
