Shipping and Payment
We pack each piece of jewellery carefully and elegantly, using high-quality materials.
The payment currency for the store is Polish zlotys. The currency converter will assist you in determining the approximate equivalent of the payment in euros or another currency. Please note that your bank may apply additional transaction fees.
Delivery is carried out through the following delivery companies:
- Polish Post;
- DHL;
- UPS;
- InPost;
- Orlen;
- Meest;
- Nova.
Shipments are exclusively handled by services that provide parcel tracking. As usual, you will receive your order within 7-14 calendar days.
The standard delivery cost for Europe is approximately 5 euro (equivalent to 22 zlotys) and is slightly higher for the rest of the world. Depending on your country, free delivery starts from 95 euro (equivalent to 400 zlotys). The link to the delivery terms table for different countries is provided below.
All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. are shipped on the same business day. Otherwise, shipments are made on the next day, including Saturdays.
