Returns (withdrawal from the contract)

A return is possible within 14 days from the day the parcel is received. During this time, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

We refund the payment for the goods and the delivery cost up to the amount of the cheapest standard shipping method available in the store. The refund is made using the same payment method that was used for the order.

The funds will be returned no later than within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement. The refund may be withheld until the returned goods are received. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.

The goods may be unpacked and inspected to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the goods are used beyond this scope, the refund amount may be reduced by the decrease in the goods’ value.

Hygiene and safety rules

For health protection and hygiene reasons, returns of earrings or sets that include earrings are only possible if the hygiene seal (e.g., a tag loop or sticker) attached directly to the product remains intact. If the seal is broken or damaged, it indicates the product was used and, under the law, it is not eligible for return.

Partial returns and discounts

If the order included a discount depending on the number or value of products, in the case of a partial return the discount will be recalculated for the items remaining in the order, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Complaints (defect / non-conformity)

If the product has a defect or is not in conformity with the contract, please contact us to submit a complaint. Complaints apply to defective products and situations where the goods are not as agreed.
